  • Avoid wearing jewelry while swimming in the ocean, pool, or river.
  • Keep away from lotions, detergents, sunscreen, and soaps — these products may leave residues that dull stones or finishes.
  • Avoid contact with hand sanitizer or alcohol-based products.
  • Keep synthetic materials away from water, perfume, and harsh chemicals.
  • Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight or high temperatures.
  • Remove jewelry during any cosmetic or beauty treatments.
  • Avoid doing dishes or manual work that may cause friction or impact.
  • Store each piece separately to prevent scratches or tangling.

How to Clean Your Nuska Jewelry

Follow these simple steps to gently clean your Nuska jewelry at home:

  1. Prepare a small bowl.
  2. Heat about 200ml (¾ cup) of water until warm.
  3. Add a few drops of mild dish soap and mix.
  4. Soak your jewelry in the solution for 15–20 minutes.
  5. Remove the piece and use a soft-bristled toothbrush to gently clean around stones and settings.
  6. Rinse thoroughly with running water.
  7. Dry completely with a clean, soft cloth.
  8. Tip: Occasionally, you can use a jewelry polishing cloth (also known as a “magic yellow cloth”) to restore shine — but use it sparingly.

Warranty Policy

Nuska offers exchanges or repairs for items with manufacturing defects only.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • drops, impact, or misuse
  • wear and tear such as scratches, dents, broken parts, or missing stones
  • exposure to chemicals, cleaning products, or perfumes
  • alterations or repairs performed by third parties

Engraved items are not eligible for warranty or exchange.
